Andrew Kwon

Andrew is an Associate at Two Roads Advisors, where he advises corporate clients on M&A and financing transactions across a broad range of industry sectors.

Prior to Two Roads Advisors, Andrew held roles at EC M&A, a middle-market boutique M&A advisory firm, and at the Royal Bank of Canada, where he focused on M&A advisory and corporate financing for a broad range of healthcare companies including services, medical devices and life sciences companies.

Andrew holds a B.S. in Business with concentrations in Statistics and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business where he graduated with honors.
