Andrew McMahon

Andrew is an Associate at Two Roads Advisors, leveraging his diverse background in M&A, corporate development, and entrepreneurship to advise clients.

Prior to joining Two Roads, Andrew spent four years at FE International, a boutique M&A advisory firm. As an Associate, he spearheaded all buy-side mandates and supported 20+ sell-side mandates, specializing in TMT transactions.

Andrew's corporate development experience includes a role at Unifour & Hiller, where he was instrumental in their roll-up strategy. He also gained valuable experience working with some of the largest media conglomerates at Comscore, assisting them with media planning, transaction execution, and evaluation.

His entrepreneurial roots drive his passion for helping business owners achieve successful exits as Andrew began his career by building and scaling his own business.

Andrew holds a B.A. from the College of Charleston with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and is an Eagle Scout.
