David Churchill

David joined Two Roads Advisors in 2025 as a Vice President and brings nearly a decade of investment banking experience advising public and private companies on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising. He has extensive experience covering clients in the broader technology and technology-enabled business services sectors.

Prior to joining Two Roads Advisors, David spent nearly seven years at Canaccord Genuity, where he was part of the U.S. Technology, Media, Marketing and Information Services Investment Banking practice. He began his career at Petsky Prunier, a preeminent investment bank serving mid-market companies in the technology, media, marketing, eCommerce, and healthcare industries. Petsky Prunier was acquired by Canaccord Genuity in 2019.

David holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

He lives in Charlotte with his fiancée, Caroline. Outside of work, they enjoy exploring the North Carolina mountains and coast with their Belgian Tervuren, Axel, and their terrier, Tilly.
