Josef is an accomplished Finance professional with over 19 years of experience in investment banking, private markets advisory, and strategic leadership. His passion lies in leveraging two decades of expertise in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Venture Capital to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and value for clients and communities alike. He began his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, progressing through roles at Credit Suisse and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Josef then advanced into private markets, advising Private Equity Funds on portfolio companies, fundraising, and secondary market opportunities, while also guiding growth-stage companies on capital raises and M&A transactions with a strong emphasis on the Consumer sector.
