Zack Phillips

Zack is currently an Associate at Two Roads Advisors, where he advises companies across a range of industry sectors.

Prior to Two Roads, Zack spent over three years at FE International, a boutique M&A advisory firm. As an Associate, he worked on and completed 25+ sell side transactions in the SaaS, MarTech, and Digital Products sectors. Prior to this, he worked as an Investor Relations Analyst for a strategic proxy solicitation and investor response firm.

Zack holds both a B.S. in Finance and a M.B.A with a concentration in International Business from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University.
