As a leading Amazon seller within the kids toys category, Kaliber will add to Ad Populum's existing reach online. Kaliber has launched 3K+ products since inception across remote control drones and cars, family toys and games, sensory and STEM toys, and lifestyle products.
Sanjay Chandiram, founder of Kaliber, will continue on with the business as Ad Populum continues to grow online.
Two Roads Advisors served as sole financial advisor to Kaliber.
