As an Amazon agency that helps brands list and sell their products on the Amazon marketplace, Streiff will be an important pillar of growth for DMH, which has already made three acquisitions of other digital agencies in SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing. Streiff has had consistent and profitable growth since inception and is a well recognized leader in the Amazon marketing space.
Jason Streiff, founder and owner of Streiff, will continue on with the business as Everlane continues to grow DMH through both organic and inorganic avenues.
Two Roads Advisors served as sole financial advisor to Streiff. Norris McLaughlin served as sole legal advisor to Streiff. The deal was consummated in three months.
