Scottsdale, AZ | December 15, 2016 — The Hut Group (THG), operator of health & wellness e-commerce retail websites such as lookfantastic.com and myprotein.com, has acquired the U.S. online beauty retailer Inteladerm, operator of SkinCareRx.com.
The privately-held companies did not disclose the value of the deal.
The acquisition is the latest in a string of deals by Manchester, UK-based THG, set up in 2004 by Chief Executive Matthew Moulding and John Gallemore.
